PRIVATE CHARTERS The following rates apply to PRIVATE CHARTERS ONLY. The Checkmate will be reserved for you and your party exclusively. Everything you need is provided: bait, tackle, ice, licenses, etc. All you need to bring is your food, drinks, sunscreen and plenty of enthusiasm.

4 Hours 1-6 Passengers $560 + $50 each addition person over 6.  6 Hours 1-6 Passengers $840 + $75 each addition person over 6.  8 Hours 1-6 Passengers $1,120 + $90 each addition person over 6.  10 Hours 1-6 passengers $1,400 + $100 each addition person over 6.

A 15 to 20% gratuity for the mate is customary based on your fishing enjoyment.

RESERVATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL Weekends book far in advance and Saturday is the busiest day. Half-day trips are available morning or afternoon. We recommend AM trips, but if you're not an early riser, afternoon trips are an option. REMEMBER that we fish year round - weather permitting (Request our seasonal catch chart). Spring and Fall fishing is great! The weather is pleasant, peak season crowds are gone, and many motels/hotels offer off-season rates. It's a great time to visit Destin! October is Destin FISHING RODEO MONTH. Every trip could produce a winning fish.
